The HTC VIVE Virtual Reality headset and system is one of the most affordable and advanced virtual reality headsets currently available to consumers. Our company is one of only a few South African companies that owns and rent out HTC VIVE Systems in South Africa. We develop virtual reality solutions inside the HTC VIVE System and to date created several virtual reality games for South African corporate companies using the HTC VIVE.
We recently participated in a “Thinktank” event hosted by Transnet to showcase the “Smartports” initiative. Here is some of the photographs that we took at the event. The Transnet Smartport event was held in the Carlton Center, the headquarters of Transnet South Africa. The Carlton center is the highest building in South Africa and Africa. The building is 50 floors high and has been reigning the tallest building in Africa for the past 40 years.
Below is one of the Virtual Reality activations we recently did for the North West University. The Exhibition won the 1st prize for Best Activation and Stand at the event! Today Katlego and Isabella headed to Cape Town for a 360° Video and Traditional video shoot. Here are some images of them in Cape Town getting ready for the shoot. We cannot talk much about the shoot, since we signed a non-disclosure agreement and you need to wait for the 360° video to go live on our client’s side before we can talk about it.
